We are an integrated performance training and physical therapy facility with a collaborative, holistic approach and super fun, energetic, team environment. We love education and learning and support ongoing growth and creativity through team workshops and continued education opportunities. We are no PT mill, we value a much higher quality of care as well as quality of life for our staff. Patients spend their whole appointment with the doc, no aids. Staff members schedules are designed to have extra long lunches so they can all workout together. Bottom line, we are a super fun, hard-working, people-loving, tight-nit team, looking for someone who shares our same core values.

We are open to either two part-time or one full time Physical Therapist right now.

Required: Graduate from an accredited PT program, valid CA state license, proficient orthopedic clinical skills (manual therapy, joint mobilization, neuro re-ed, manual/self stretching, therapeutic exercise, sport-specific and work-specific training), strong interpersonal skills, efficient/thorough documentation.

Preferred: experience with orthopedics and athletes, athletic experience or active lifestyle yourself
*Open to new grads if willing to start with shadowing/co-treating

We do train all of our therapists in more advanced performance and strength training progressions and programming so must be open and ideally excited about that. ;)
