Job summary
The Director of Training is responsible for developing and managing all training programs for flight crew, ground personnel and other operational staff to maintain compliance with all regulations applicable to Advanced Air LLC's current operations and future operations as the company grows.This position ensures that all training materials instructors and programs meet FAA approval standards while personnel maintain necessary qualifications proficiency for safe efficient operations.
