    Job Summary

    As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our team by ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter service calls into the company service system
    • Assign and dispatch service calls to field technicians and service partners within assigned areas
    • Review and submit field quotes, updating customers on service agents' ETA
    • Process technicians' parts requests needed for job completion from internal warehouses or external vendors
    • Review information submitted from field technicians and/or service partners

    Requirements:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Experience in an interactive customer service environment is beneficial
    • Customer service experience/background in a call center or similar environment is advantageous
    • Previous experience with industrial and/or commercial equipment is desirable
    • The ability to interact with and dispatch workload effectively to field/remote technicians is essential
    • Dispatching experience and parts ordering experience are pluses
