    P rovide professional and knowledgeable service to help create a best-in-class brand experience through various ecommerce channels. Utilize account management, merchandising, and operations skill sets in managing third-party seller accounts.

    Take primary ownership in proactively managing E-commerce customer inquiries, including product specification concerns, lead-times, shipping/routing questions, and merchandise returns.

    Advance the company's merchandise collection on multiple e-commerce accounts for increased revenue streams. Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve customer experience. Review and understand E-commerce best practices to make recommendations to other departments. Confirm that Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is being honored to promote fair competition across all Ecommerce distribution channels. Analyze and uncover customer purchasing trends and evaluate changes within the online market environment. Deal with day-to-day operations of managing products and campaigns/promotions of product assortments for purchase to various wholesale e-commerce accounts. Work in coordination daily with various departments to resolve brand challenges. Interact with Warehouse team members to resolve pick ticket, shipping, and other customer order challenges. Investigate customer websites to ensure Ecommerce agreement requirements are being met. Update inventory feed information for specific customers. Complete daily download and manually enter specific customer orders, to include SKUs, shipping, and fee information. Familiarity and confidence in working across different technology platforms, including drop ship portals and internal software systems. Professional email and phone etiquette capabilities a must.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. At least 2 years prior related Ecommerce experience working with 3rd party vendors, such as Wayfair, Bellacor, or Houzz.

    Microsoft Office products, including Excel (pivot tables & complex formulas preferred), Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; Extensive use of Excel for new item setup and customer data entry required.

    Knowledge of internet navigation browsers mandatory, to include Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
