- Execute day-to-day research project tasks and act as internal resource for technical information pertaining sinter products of Alpha
- Work with Global R&D team to build collaborative partnerships with potential clients to develop current and future products and service value in silver sinter product line of MacdermidAlpha
- Work closely with Project managers and Marketing team in the development of new sinter products and technology.
- Conduct work in formulating new sinter pastes and sinter related products; analyze data toward project direction goals and milestones; write technical reports and create presentations
- Design, supervise, and interpret quality control techniques and protocols of formulated sinter pastes and sinter related products
- Work with a team to conduct analysis related to the applications of the new products
- Experience with new product development and commercialization
- Knowledge of organic chemistry and materials, research literature, and related processes
- Strong track record of demonstrating team leadership and communication skills
- Strong ownership and organizational skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with individuals of all levels.
- Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Material Chemistry or related fields, including proven record of product development, technical leadership, and collaboration working with a team of professionals.
- Strong knowledge of software's like MS Office
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Ability to work in a high paced and multi-talk environment.

ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

Job Purpose
