Mathematics is a beautiful subject, full of compelling intellectual challenges and deep connections to virtually every aspect of life. If this sounds like something you would say, then we're looking for you Being a math teacher is a wonderful mathematical challenge. Each student sees math from a unique perspective, which is often very different from our own. This is why teaching math requires more creativity (and more understanding) than most people imagine. We're hoping for a teacher that is super excited about math, and ready to share that passion with their students. Again, if that's you, we can't wait to support you

Becoming a great teacher takes continuous practice and a commitment to personal growth in tandem with a school culture that truly embraces a growth-for-all mindset. To facilitate this, BA teachers will receive real-time coaching and participate in meaningful weekly feedback and observation sessions with trained instructional coaches.
