    Job Description Summary


    This position is within the Business Systems Support team in Investment Reporting and will be responsible for utilizing financial accounting and data knowledge along with project management skills to analyze and support business processes and applications related to asset data.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    Extracts financial and attribute data from core accounting system to perform appropriate analyses.
    Manages accounting system-related projects & initiatives with both internal & external parties
    Oversees portfolio account setup & maintenance across multiple systems
    Aids in daily/monthly data quality checks to ensure financial accuracy
    Determines appropriate medium to present findings for use by others.
    Exhibits a thorough understanding of business and analysis concepts.
    Develops an understanding of monthly & quarterly accounting processes
    Partner with management and stakeholders to collaboratively define gaps and identify opportunities for improvement
    Collaborate with IT teams (onshore & offshore) to ensure solutions presented fit the business need. Act as liaison between Investment Reporting and IT to facilitate understanding of business requirements

    Understands the flow of information, financial systems, and appropriate reporting tools and uses that knowledge to resolve system support queries and recommend solutions to complex problems.

    Responsible for adherence to the company's framework of internal controls.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum of 8 years experience, with degree.
    Advanced computer skills.
    Preferred Qualifications

    1-3 years of supervisory experience or experience leading project teams
    Solid knowledge of accounting/financial area preferred (for example, investments, insurance products, premium)
    Affinity for project management and ability to successfully lead teams without direct supervisory ownership
    Experience querying datasets / databases to create repeatable reporting solutions
    Customer-oriented with demonstrated communication skills both orally and written across all levels of the organization
    Ability to handle multiple projects
    Work effectively individually and within a team
    Organizational and prioritization skills, effective judgment
    Prior experience with Clearwater Analytics Investment Accounting system a plus

    will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.

    The Salary for this position generally ranges between $88,000 - $105,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

    Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
