The Staff Operations Auditor is responsible for conducting interviews and observations to gain a thorough understanding of assigned program areas.
In order to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, this role will collect and analyze workpapers, identify findings, and present them to both audit management and program area leadership. Collaborations with said leaders are also crucial as we evaluate potential corrective measures together.[1]
