    Job Summary


    Our Future Talent Program Technical Track is an 18-month program that will develop your engineering skills in an accelerated process to become leading technical experts in different areas. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.

    From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position for you to grow into your future position. The plan will include a combination of project-rotations and work in your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future talents. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.

    The program starts on July 15, 2024.

    We have 1 position available for Winsted, MN.

    You will be travelling 10% of your time.

    Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require International relocation to the United States.

    What you will do

    • Support execution of Project Board & internal forums, including documenting results and actions
    • Support the Project teams with administrative tasks, such as managing project documentation, technical evaluation, reviewing checklists and schedules etc
    • Support Project team by providing reporting, analysis, consolidation, and regularly report project status
    • Support Project team with internal communication
    • Work according to PMO guidelines
    • Support Project Team with financial and cost follow up activities support.

    We believe you have

    • A talented recent graduated in University bachelor degree in Engineering and if you are interested in taking your career to the next level these opportunities are for you
    • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2022 and May 2024.
    • Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
