We provide high quality, critical early intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis ABA Services are designed to nurture the growth and development of young children with social behavior and/or language challengesResponsibilities
- Serves as the case manager oversee the day-to-day delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy services to young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder ASD or related disabilities.
- Provides direct assessment evaluation develops and monitors programming for their caseload Ensures that required documentation reports treatment notes are completed within business days of assessment submitted supervisor review business days prior date due Little Leaves billing department insurance re-authorization submission The SBA provides formal supervision behavior technicians/ direct services clients predetermined schedule using recommended tools Identifies appropriate caregiver training goals develops materials completes caregiver training sessions using evidence-based curriculum through behavioral skills training Maintains accurate records assessment treatment activities billing client clinical medical records scheduling converting appointments completion treatment records hours rendering services Remains compliant responsibilities outlined BACB licensure funding sources state federal regulatory entities Continues develop clinical nonbehavioral skills engagement didactic trainings CE events meetings assigned supervisor Manages ongoing communication direct supervisor team staff Proactively raises ideas concerns discusses problems concerns supervisor other Little Leaves team members Complete additional duties assigned center director part site leadership team pitches in wherever necessary administratively ensure best team member client experience operational standards h2
