Who we serve?
The community-based offices provide intensive services to at risk youth and their families in the community. Within the service model, the MPA team is able to work closely with families in their own environment, creating the best possibility for lasting impact. The MPA team is skilled in providing trauma-sensitive treatment and maintains a trauma-informed approach within all operations.

Job Description
The role of the Diversion Tracker is to support each client's engagement and success in the Diversion Program. The DT will maintain rapport with members of the group and act as a case manager to support the client's engagement in the program and overall treatment. Outside of participating in Diversion group, the DT checks in weekly with members of the group to ensure their commitment to the program and assist with anything that is needed. The DT acts as an advocate for all group members and is present for meetings with collateral contacts such as Caseworkers, Probation Officers, Lawyers and Judges.
