- Preparing/ensuring accuracy of all monthly financial reporting.
- Leading the month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes & reconciliation of accounts.
- Providing assistance for payroll processing, as needed.
- Working closely with the Director of Finance to coordinate audits, internal and external.
- Effectively overseeing the Finance team, including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes.
- BA in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 5-years working in a Finance role.
- A thorough understanding of company accounting, financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience overseeing/delegating tasks to a team.

Due to growth, our team is looking to hire a Finance Supervisor The Supervisor will primarily be responsible for accounting and financial reporting, while overseeing our finance team operating out of the Congers, NY headquarters.
This is a full-time role with the opportunity for long-term career development and advancement (we've been around for 50 years)

Upon completion of training, this role will provide hybrid flexibility, offering 2 work-from-home days, and 3 days at our Congers, HQ.
