    Shealy Truck Centers is in search of technical minds looking to grow and learn constantly in this ever-changing truck market. We are currently hiring Diagnostic Diesel Technicians at our Duncan location. Shealy Truck Centers is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, Cummins, and TICO.     Technician Benefits:

    Technician Responsibilities:

    • Complete repairs for which you are trained within published time standard guidelines
    • Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
    • Use only manufactured approved parts
    • Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction
    • Meet customer commitments
    • Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks
    • Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury
    • Keep work area neat and clean
    • Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished
    • Proper handling and storage of warranty parts

    Technician Requirements:

    • We are looking for all ranges from apprentice level to master tech
    • You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training
    • Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
    • Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment
    • Must be able to life at least 75 pounds
    • Valid driver's license
    • High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
    • Owns hand tools needed for skill classification
    • Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
    • Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
