    • Bachelor's Degree supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or a businessrelated field
    • Any operations planning, headcount planning or industrial engineering experience
    • 2+ years of analytical experience with an emphasis on warehouse, fulfillment center, logistics or transportation
    • Provide excellent customer service, both internal and external customers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
    • Must be organized and ability to multitask
    • Ability to delegate and follow up on assignments while striving for results
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
    Desired

    • 2+ years of experience managing a team
    • 3+ years operations planning, headcount planning, or industrial engineering experience Train, develop, and manage a team of operations planners
    • Develop labor models to best utilize workforce and assets while driving down costs
    • Develop labor schedules across a complex hubspoke model in order to best utilize assets and labor in order to drive down cost
    • Create operational and driver KPI dashboards
    • Recommend and implement continuous improvement projects
    • Utilize large data sets to forecast future demand based on historical trends
    • Work with Operations and Industrial Engineering to develop and maintain all SOPs
    • Travel independently up to 25% on a regular basis
    • Maintain flexibility to work weekends on an occasional basis
