Clinic Director – Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
San Diego, 4th Ave| 4060 Fourth Ave. San Diego, CA 92103
At PRN Physical Therapy, you won't just be another name on the schedule—you'll be a leader, a mentor, and a vital part of a team that celebrates wins and grows together. We're looking for a licensed PT to guide our San Diego 4th Ave clinic with heart, purpose, and vision.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll lead by example—treating patients, mentoring teammates, and shaping the clinic culture. You'll manage operations, build community relationships, and help your team thrive.
What You'll Love
- Competitive pay: $90K–$130K+ based on experience, location & incentives

Who You Are
- Licensed (or eligible) PT in California
- 2+ years of experience
- Passionate about people, leadership, and making a difference
