Adecco has partnered up with an Oil & Gas company Headquarter in Houston Texas to hire a Vice President of Engineer (This Oil & Gas company also has International plant facilities)*Located in North HoustonThis position will include:Reporting directly to PresidentLead a multidisciplinary engineering teamFostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

Driving growth of engineering capabilitiesEnsuring timely and high-quality product deliveryMinimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):Requirements:Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in an engineering (or related) field, preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial or materials engineering.

MBA is a plus.

Demonstrated experience (15+ years) leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related services or specialty manufacturing industries.

Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technical strategies that drive innovation and business growth.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with product development methodologies and modern engineering practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent ability to adapt to and excel in high-growth and rapidly changing environments.
