    Basic Function
    Program Manager, Digital Services– is responsible for leading key strategic digital projects focused on the

    aftermarket/industrial business

    for

    B2B customers.


    This role will support the AMSP organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and follows program goals while maintaining a high level of detail for each project.

    This role will oversee throughout their workday and working hand-in-hand with senior management from Services and other departments to make sure that the progress of the projects that are being embarked upon is planned or scheduled.

    Specific Responsibilities
    Lead critical projects in the AMPS organization for North America aligned with key strategic initiatives.
    Participate actively in the planning and execution of the projects part of the program.
    Providing guidance to the project teams and developers and monitoring their progress.
    Develop back-up/recovery plans in the case of unplanned set-backs in project delivery.

    Facilitate and ensure effective communication amongst functional bodies/representatives, that is, between top management team and individual project managers, and also make sure that the information/directives being passed down are diligently carried out.

    Oversee the facilitating and delegation of individuals to different project teams.
    Make sure that there is effective allocation of common resources amongst the individual projects under the program.
    Manage the dependency of individual projects on each other to avoid mix-ups or duplication of projects.
    Manage all forms of risk that may hinder the progress of on-going projects.
    Focuses on creating and enhancing compelling user experiences collaboratively with the After Market Parts and Service teams.
    Intimate understanding of our customers' journey experiences and their usage of our connected products & services and digital solutions.
    Relationships and Contacts

    Supervisory Relationship:
    Reports to Digital Customer Experience Manager – AMPS

    Organization Relationships :
    Works closely with various business teams within Aftermarket Parts and Service KPS.
    Partners with Service, Marketing, customer experience and IT
    Works with accounting and other support areas to obtain information.
    Collaborates with various functions on enterprise initiatives and platform integration.

    External Business Relationships:
    Frequent contact with key customers, technicians, suppliers, support organizations.

    Has frequent contact with a wide variety of business leaders and maintains active membership in professional societies and industrial associations.

    Skills/Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Business-related field
    5-10 years prior experience in Project Management in the manufacturing/generator/automotive sector. (prefer multiple projects at once)
    Good knowledge of project management methods in the B2B manufacture/automotive sector.
    B2B experience in automotive/manufacturing sectors
    Aftermarket business experience
    Ability to manage time and meet/beat deadlines.
    Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-functional team capacity.
    Technical acumen with demonstrated ability to target and trouble shoot with success.

    Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and digital tools that may span across analytics, project management, content management, workflow, and automation domains.

    Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) presentation skills.
    Desired Qualifications
    PMP/PMI certification
    Experience in telematics and intelligent connected products is highly desired
    Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
    Thesalary range for this position is $113,000 - $143,950.

    The specific salaryoffered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors includingthe candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
