As Nursing Manager II Abdominal Transplant, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety.

You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.
Foster a healing and supportive environment for patients, families, and fellow staff members.
