    What you will doThe Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for multiple aspects of marketing services in support of our firm-wide marketing / business development plan.

    This requires someone who can work in a fast-paced office taking direction from various leaders and have the ability to work self-directed.

    Must be a team player, capable and willing to wear many hats. In addition, a quick learner with a positive attitude is important. The selected candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and have above average technology skills. Being flexible with a "can do" attitude will be essential.
    Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to regularly post on LinkedIn and other selected social media platforms.
    Data input into CRM on a consistent basis from Partners, Managing Partner and Marketing Specialist's requests.
    Assemble sales decks as requested.
    Conduct competitor, geographic and industry research as requested by Marketing Specialist.
    Research and order industry publications and subscriptions applicable for researching potential clients.
    Interface with partners and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information for proposal responses.
    Print, scan, copy and bind documents as requested.
    Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other media for speaking engagements and presentations.
    Oversee internal communications, including emails and SharePoint, in coordination with the Production department.
    Draft and distribute press releases to highlight significant milestones.
    Obtain monthly employee Birthday & Anniversary listing, create PDF's for office display and graphics for SharePoint posts.
    Create letters/forms and mail merges for drip campaigns and webinars.
    Assist with keeping boilerplate content and client service professionals' biographies updated.
    Assist with training for staff related to CRM and MS Suite related to marketing as needed.
    Coordinate updates to the firm's website and online presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
    Collaborate with the recruiting team on monthly newsletters and provide event support as needed.
    Support various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and events, such as client lunch-and-learns, tradeshow appearances, and seminars.

    Assist with pipeline meeting preparation.schedule/reschedule Pipeline Meetings, firmwide Town Halls, assist with certifications (National Minority Supplier Development Council, Small Business Association, etc.).

    Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.

    As part of our compliance program, all team members are required to follow industry leading data and system security practices.

    QualificationsWhat you will needBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field required.
    At least one year of prior marketing experience is required.
    CRM knowledge strongly preferred.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred but not required.

    Eagerness to learn and be coached.
    Superior written and verbal communication skills.
    Well organized and dedicated to meeting deadlines.
    Able to self-manage multiple tasks and follow-through on assignments.
    Attention to detail is required for effective support in the areas of correspondence and documentation.
