Medium size family business seeking a trustworthy, motivated individual with 10+ years of experience managing 10+ employees, warehouse facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution

Manage warehouse staff and provide leadership, training and coaching for employees when procedures or standard work is not being followed

Establish and maintain operating procedures

Ensure accurate record keeping

Manage Physical Stock Counts

Assure safety levels are maintained at the highest levels

Inspects physical conditions of warehouse and equipment

Motivate and challenge Warehouse employees

To train and direct laborers in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety, quality, and productivity

Isolate any product which will not meet the established quality standards

Responsible to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the warehouse inside and outside

Requirements

10+ years experience in a similar capacity

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must speak English and Spanish.

Excellent Organization Skills

Ability to work under pressure

Business Hours M-F 8am - 5pm
