FULL TIME - LEAD
Patient Access Representative at
Morristown Medical Center , to work schedule includes evening shift coverage and every other weekends as required by department.
Essential Functions:
Greet and register patients. Detail oriented and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Will register patients in an accurate and timely manner entering demographic and insurance information. Collection of copay, deductible, coinsurance, etc.
Ability to create and sustain a cohesive team.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirments:
Top tier coomunication, customer service and teamwork skills preferred
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment that includes multiple physcial locations within the unit
Able to perform patient relocation duties and operate equipment of over 25 lbs on a regular basis
Strong computer skills and customer service skills required
Must be able to work varied hours and flexible shifts
Bilingual is a plus
Minimum
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Education:
Business degree preferred
Relevant Experience:
2+ years supervisory experience preferred
