This position is for a respected mission-driven healthcare client, and the selected candidate will serve as an essential operational partner and secondary support to the Executive Director, providing leadership to drive organizational performance and guiding teams through impactful work centered on hospital development and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced medical environment.

This leadership role includes a competitive annual salary of $149,000, complemented by a full benefits package, and the chance to make a significant impact on hospital development, family support, and clinical operations.
