    Description

    We are looking for dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses - LPNs to join our Regional Float Nursing Pool.

    Join a dynamic team where you can create a personalized schedule based on your availability, supporting multiple skilled nursing centers in the area while working a minimum of three shifts per week, including alternate weekends.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
    • Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and provide direct patient care.
    • Supervise the care provided by unlicensed staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
    • Current State Board of Nursing licensure.
    • Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
    • Proficient in English for effective patient communication and safety.
    • Current BLS/CPR certification.
