Role DescriptionThis is a contract on-site Junior Business Analyst role located in Ashburn, VA. The Junior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Daily responsibilities include assessing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and creating detailed documentation to support process enhancements. The role also involves organizing and facilitating meetings to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate complex data, trends, and workflows
Experience with Business Analysis, identifying solutions, and bridging technical and business functionalities
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of Business Processes and practices to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization
Ability to understand, document, and translate Business Requirements into actionable solutions
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant analytical tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience in IT consulting or technology industry is a plus
