- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed plans for land development projects, including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and other infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and land use professionals to integrate design elements seamlessly.
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local agencies, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites to oversee project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to schedules and client deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, municipalities, and contractors.
- Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD for drafting and design.
- Familiarity with land development processes and regulations.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
