    The Grubhub Procurement organization is looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage and evolve the Procurement Operations function within the Procurement team. This individual will be responsible for leading the supplier onboarding process, as well as developing, maintaining and enhancing Grubhub policy and compliance, contract management lifecycle, PO processing and workflow management. This individual should have a strong strategic mindset and be able to drive the procurement operations function forward in maturity.
    The Impact You Will Make:

    • Lead a team of two individual contributors currently at Grubhub to help streamline processes and ways of working across procurement operations.
    • Manage overall procurement systems inclusive of our supplier onboarding, contract management, purchase orders,travel platforms and others as appropriate
    • Manage the end to end Supplier Onboarding process including ensuring processes are evolving based on business needs, and supporting stakeholders as appropriate
    • Manage Contract Management Lifecycle function including but not limited to the tracking expiration dates and metadata, and supporting category teams with real time information
    • Manage Ongoing reporting and KPI measurement across procurement initiatives
    • Develop policy and procedure, as appropriate, to support the developed processes and controls
    • Manage policy compliance by ensuring policies are up to date and forward looking
    • Develop communications and change management approaches, as appropriate, to ensure the process and policy are understood by the stakeholder base
    • Collaborate and assist in the upfront analysis and ongoing enforcement of supplier risk evaluations, including help set the review workflow within our current supplier onboarding process, ensure all relevant suppliers are assessed per policy, and including all appropriate stakeholders in the process
    • Liaison between Spend analytics team,CIT, InfoSec and other relevant stakeholders in order to ensure data structure and governance is consistent and relevant
    • Maintain and evolve ongoing Procurement updates on Monthly and Quarterly basis
    • Provide strategic level thinking, and continuous improvement ideas to ensure best in class processes are in place
    • Regularly interface with stakeholders to ensure our processes meet the needs of the business as well as satisfies changing regulatory requirements
    • Work closely with Finance and Accounting on the implementation of the full p2p process as well as manage the PO processing and workflow approval functions post execution
    • Be a conduit of change to help bring best practices and process improvements to Grubhub through the creation of synergies and efficiencies to help reach organizational goals.
    • Interface with our Canadian brand, Skip the dishes, on relevant process integration opportunities


    What You Bring to the Table:

    • 7 plus years related experience in Finance, Supply Chain / Procurement, or Business Process Improvement
    • 2+ years prior management or equivalent leadership experience
    • Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams to execute on procurement operations processes
    • Demonstrated experience with Procurement and/or Supplier specific processes
    • Demonstrated communication and project management skills working with cross-functional teams across levels within the organization
    • Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment; self-motivated; strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to process large amounts of often complex data; detail oriented, self starter
    • Propensity to iterate with an eye towards continuous improvement and making the process better
    • Ability to establish and monitor policies and guidelines
    • Working knowledge of procurement systems and e-sourcing tools
    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project)
    • Able to navigate a fast-paced environment while working with remote teams


    NYC Salary Range: $105,500-$130,000
    The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
