Job Summary
The Recreation Facilities Support Custodian is responsible for the janitorial care, upkeeping and maintenance of recreational facilities.Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides all cleaning mopping window washing bathroom maintenance trash removal and operational janitorial custodian duties- Performs outside maintenance including cleaning windows blowing leaves general landscaping duties-Assists supports and monitors the assignment of various duties and janitorial tasks to volunteers other outside contractors or custodian vendors-Tracks inventory orders supplies as needed keeps accurate records of expenditures processes work orders makes bank deposits uses email other methods to receive process work orders ensures proper paperwork submission monitors status requests-Provide excellent customer service staff patrons within recreation facilities-Perform any all duties tasks required necessary ensure recreation facilities are clean operable meet needs community-Job description
