    Available hours: Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, Saturday nights.

    Reports to: Restaurant Manager

    We are looking for a concession stand attendant to take orders and deliver them to our guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service.

    An excellent concession stand attendant will have an exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and problem solve with a team mindset. No restaurant experience is required, but must be able to take orders and serve alcohol following all laws and regulations. Must be at least 19 to serve alcohol.

    The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation in order to exceed our members expectations at every opportunity.

    Essential Functions

    1. Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
    2. Accurately process member's concessions orders.
    3. Maintain working knowledge of the menu.
    4. Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies.
    5. Assist in preparation of food when necessary.
    6. Accurately process all member orders in the club POS system.
    7. Adhere to proper sanitary guidelines.
    8. Maintain cleanliness of the area per established standards.
    9. Work special events as necessary throughout the year.
    10. Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
    11. Attend to customers upon entrance.
    12. Collaborate with other workers and kitchen staff in exceeding member expectations at all times.
    13. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive team attitude.
    14. Issue bills and accept payment.
    15. Promote loyalty with our members.
    16. Uphold our principle to "improve the day."
    Requirements

    2. Passion for expanding knowledge about food preparation and concession services
    3. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
    4. Strong time management and multitasking skills.
    5. Strong communication and listening skills.
    6. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
    7. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all other staff.
    8. Must be 19 years of age or older to serve any alcoholic beverage.
