    Responsibilities:
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
    • Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and report changes promptly.
    • Assist residents with daily activities to ensure comfort and well-being.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans.
    • Create a positive atmosphere for residents.
    • Provide emotional support to residents and families.
    • Maintain accurate medical records.
    • Follow established protocols for resident safety and compliance.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Active L.P.N license is required
    • A cheerful disposition is essential
    • While prior long-term care experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
    • An eagerness to provide care for older adults is a key attribute
