    Description
    Directly reports to Strategic Contract and Purchasing Manager.
    Maintain an organized contract portfolio with new and existing contracts.
    Identify opportunities for standardization and cost reduction via analyzing purchase history, industry benchmarks, contract compliance data and utilization information.

    Collect information and collaborate with physicians and peers to identify possible standardization and cost reduction opportunities and identify improvements that can be made within the organization.

    Understand financial analysis and

    quantitative/qualitative

    assessment data.
    Documents identified and implemented cost savings initiatives and audits projected utilization and actual spend.
    Other duties as assigned by Strategic Contract and Purchasing Manager.
    Minimum Qualifications
    Experience in project management and contract construction
    Demonstrated experience in supply chain projects and procurement logistics management.
    Strong organizational skills to ensure filing is done effectively and professionally for internal and external audits.
    Skills in spreadsheets (excel, word, PowerPoint), and other computer applications.

    Degree:
    High School Diploma or GED

    Licenses and Certification:
    None

    Preferred Qualifications
    2+ years of experience in supply chain analyst role
    1+ year of experience in hospital/health supply chain or analyst role
    Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or any related degree
