    Mon-Friday

    6:00am - 2:30pm

    $16.80 - $19.50 Depending on Experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing deburring operations on metal parts to eliminate sharp edges and burrs
    • Using hand tools and precision measuring instruments for proper deburring
    • Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy
    • Following work instructions and standard operating procedures
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

    Skills:

    • Experience with deburring or similar manufacturing processes
    • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
    • Familiarity with CNC machines and their operation
    • Proficiency in using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control
    • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
    • Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
    • Experience with assembly work is a plus
    • Familiarity with logic controllers and lathe operations is a plus

    This role demands a high level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and capable of meeting production targets while upholding high-quality standards.

    Pay Range: $16.80 - $19.50 per hour

    Expected Weekly Hours: 40 – 45
