- Performing deburring operations on metal parts to eliminate sharp edges and burrs
- Using hand tools and precision measuring instruments for proper deburring
- Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Following work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Experience with deburring or similar manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Familiarity with CNC machines and their operation
- Proficiency in using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Experience with assembly work is a plus
- Familiarity with logic controllers and lathe operations is a plus
