    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students from kindergarten to 12th grade? We are currently seeking a full-time SLP to join our team in Billings, MT. This position offers the chance to make a positive impact on the communication skills and academic success of students across a variety of grade levels.

    Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Billings, MT

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
    • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student learning and success.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to meet student goals.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
    • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • Valid Montana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (hours may vary)
