    Position Description Immediate opening for a **SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver** at **Ryder** in **Mount Airy, NC**. Join our team! Wondering about your paycheck? - You could earn **$1600 or more per week**. And that's not all! Here's what we offer: - **Driver Positions Pay Weekly** - **Solo Miles Pay:** $0.67 per Mile with 2400 Miles per Week - **Solo Stops Pay:** $28.75 per Stop - **Per Diem Pay:** $40.00 per Layover - **Retention Bonus:** $2500 paid four times within your first year - **Schedule:** Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday - **Start Time:** Varies. Apply with Ryder today! **Deliver SOLO To:** East Coast and as far west as TX. **Route:** Regional. **Tractor Type:** Sleeper. **Trailer Type:** Flatbed. Prefer 6 months experience, but we consider less if recent and comparable. Freight focuses on Load Securement only. Trucks are 36 months or newer, with 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and fuel-up at over 800 nationwide facilities.
