We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, test, support, and maintain network infrastructure
Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use.
Interact with systems administrators and other IT operations and support staff for projects and timely troubleshooting of problems and incidents
Support network and cybersecurity solutions
Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture and operational procedures
Monitor infrastructure and network applications for uptime and resource utilization, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement changes to improve performance
Improve network system operational efficiency through automation
Provide technical support for vendors and/or consultants to resolve application and hardware issues
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with 4-6 years of related experience or a Master of Science degree with 2-4 years of experience.
Experience deploying, configuring, monitoring and managing Cisco routers & switches, Identify Services Engine (ISE), Call Manager, in a hybrid Azure/Office 365 cloud environment.
Strong knowledge of Internet network protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH, TCP/UDP, VOIP, BGP)
Strong understanding of computer security and associated threats
Experience with network baseline development and deployment
Experience working with cloud-based network infrastructures (AWS & Azure)
Excellent hands-on experience with and knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
