Position: TS/SCI CI Poly RF/SIGINT Analyst

Locations: Hampton, VA - Langley AFB

Salary: $150,000-175,000/year depending on experience

Must Haves:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR 4 years of additional experience
• 6+ years of experience in the field doing hands-on specialized experience with RF and SIGINT analysis
• Knowledge of 4G, 4G LTE, 5G, Radio Frequency (RF)
• Knowledge of SATCOM Line of Sight (LOS) and Beyond LOS (BLOS) communications platforms
• Knowledge of communications intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT)

Plusses:

• Relevant certifications
• Cyberspace experience with all-source intelligence, joint targeting
• Knowledge of IPs, telecom technology, and internet routing

Day-to-Day:

An employer is looking for a TS/SCI CI Poly RF/SIGINT Analyst in the Langley, VA area. They will be supporting different teams to collaborate with analytical counterparts across Intelligence and Operational Environment. Deliver Target Systems Analysis, System of Systems Analysis, Joint Intelligence Preparation of Operational Environment. Evaluate unique mission areas that require creative solutions while utilize variety of tools and databases. Perform RF/SIGINT analysis and conduct target analysis on targets of interest. Analyze data with ELINT tools and techniques and create ELINT reports. Exploit and gather intelligence from foreign communications and signals, related to military, civil, and commercial applications.
