The Service Director is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This includes maintenance tasks such as diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs in accordance with established policies.

• Oversees 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspection, creating a punch list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors as required.
