- Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from initiation to close.
- Project managers are also responsible for keeping costs low while maintaining above-average standards.
- Administrator and Management Provides project-wide leadership.
- Interprets and applies complex federal and state laws, applicable to the CIE Program, and ensures the compliance of all program requirements.
- Responsible for managing all applicable contract management.
- Implements policies and maintains project management goals and objectives.
- Works daily with leadership to discuss workload issues, staffing needs, special program initiatives, and training issues.
- Keeps senior management informed of day-to-day production, operational needs, problems, performances, and/or accomplishments.
- Systems : Oversees the project management, leading and coordinating teams for data collection and sustainability efforts. Participates in both internal and external workgroups to ensure the strategies are aligned with goals and objectives. Directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation, and compliance pursuant to federal and state laws. Ensures that all initiatives associated with the project meet published milestones.
- Oversees Budget : Maintains oversight and reviews all budgetary aspects of the project. Manages monthly budget allocations and acts proactively to prevent delays and challenges.

- Evaluate Project Performance : Evaluates project efficiency and efficiency, identifies all problems, and develops plans to address all problems, in a timely manner, tracks all data throughout the process, and provides weekly and monthly progress reports, through duration of the project

- Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university in Business Management/Administrator and Project management skills required.
