    Job Description:

    The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation and management of IT infrastructure throughout the construction of a new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably with a background in IT infrastructure construction. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of cost-effective, timely, and high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs of the project.

    Responsibilities:

    • IT Infrastructure Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure installation across the project site, ensuring that all systems are installed and configured according to project requirements.
    • Cost, Schedule, and Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of the IT infrastructure installation to ensure that cost, schedule, and quality requirements are met. This includes developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
    • Collaboration with NN IT/OT: Work closely with NN IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology) teams to ensure the delivery of required services and integration of IT systems with existing infrastructure.
    • Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure installation, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure that all IT infrastructure installation activities are properly documented and reported, including project status updates, milestone achievements, and any deviations from planned objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure construction.
    • Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and infrastructure components.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
