    Welcome to FWP Human ResourcesWe are excited to announce an important new role on our HR Team, the HR Operations Supervisor.


    The Human Resource Operations Supervisor provides supervision to the agency's human resource generalists and assigned HR staff.
    The operations supervisor assists the HR manager in identifying and implementing operational priorities for human resources.

    In addition, the operations supervisor supports management and employees in conducting their work to deliver programs by providing traditional human resource services.

    These services include recruiting, hiring and orientation, compensation, negotiating and administering labor contracts, training, promoting employee safety, conducting workforce analysis and data reporting, performance management, resolving complaints and grievances, and establishing and enforcing policies and practices in the workplace that contribute to employee and department welfare and reflect state and federal employment regulations.

    Qualifications


    The knowledge skills and abilities of this position are normally attained through a bachelor's degree in human resources, personnel management, public administration, business, communication, or a closely related field, three years related job experience and two years supervisory experience.

    Other combinations of experience and education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
