    Job DescriptionSchool BCBA - East Penn School District (Emmaus, PA) - Part-Time (Now & Summer)

    The Opportunity:

    The East Penn School District is seeking a qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team This is a part-time position offering flexibility, with hours ranging from 2-4 hours per week and running from now through the end of the school year (June 7th, 2025) with the possibility of continuing into Extended School Year (ESY) from July 8th, 2024 to July 25th, 2024.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical supervision to 3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working one-on-one with students from Kindergarten through High School.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for assigned students.
    • Conduct ongoing assessments and data collection to monitor student progress.
    • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.
    • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Special Education, Psychology) preferred
    • Experience working in a school setting with children with behavioral needs
    • Strong clinical and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
    • Must meet all Pennsylvania state requirements for BCBAs
