BusinessIntelligence Analysts roles are responsible for designing BusinessIntelligence information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports utilizingstandard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.

Proficient in Tableau Tool.
Respond to Ad hoc data and analyticsrequests and consult with requestors to interpret results.

Utilize extensive knowledge of Workdaydata architecture and business objects to help configure existingreports and write/build new reports based on new requirements.

Conduct analytics research and producedashboards/data visualization to tell data driven stories andconclusions.

Ideally would work freely within Workdaytenants, data warehouse to develop, audit, and test reports withoutadded complexity of limiting sensitive data.

Workday Security Roles (Report Writer),BERT Cognos, BEDW, Service NowEvaluates requests for various HumanResource (HR) user access and takes appropriate action.

Conducts fact finding for internal andexternal Human Resource (HR) audits.
Maintains process documentation on HRsystems application processes.
Develops, deploys, and communicates newbusiness processes and procedures in accordance with Company and legalrequirements.
Assigns, monitors, processes, andoversees global service ticket workload.
Analyse and test systems to resolve datadiscrepancies, enhance efficiency or support new business requirements.
