    Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for *ADON - Assistant Director of Nursing* to join their amazing team.

    ADON - Assistant Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;


    • Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department
    • Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents total regimen of care
    • Plan, develop, direct, evaluate and coordinate staff development educational programs to include new hire orientation, staff in-services and on-the-job training
    • Plan, develop, coordinate and direct the Infection Control Program
    • Provide staffing coverage as requested to maintain appropriate staff ratios
    • Share on call responsibility with DNS and other nurse managers

    Requirements:
    Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

    • Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
    • Must have at least two years experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility, preferably in a long-term care setting
    • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that pertain to long-term care
    • Must be CPR/BCLS and IV certified
