Now Hiring Baylor Nurses for Day and Night Shifts

Shift Schedule:

• Work Friday to Sunday, putting in three 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours while being compensated for 40 hours (includes 4 hours of Baylor Pay)
• Work Saturday to Monday, completing three 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours while getting paid for 40 hours (includes 4 hours of Baylor Pay)

Compensation and Benefits for Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying LPN candidates
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying RN candidates
• Baylor Pay - work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
• Competitive Pay Based on Experience
• Shift Differential Pay Available
• Paid Time Off (PTO+) accrued after 30 days of employment; additional PTO earned as you work
• Quarterly perfect attendance rewards with PTO+
• 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated to assist in all nursing aspects
• Deliver services surpassing company and regulatory standards
• Lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document resident's condition and nursing needs
• Implement physicians' orders promptly and accurately
• Assign nursing care effectively to team members based on resident's needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments
• Ensure economical supply usage and safe equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
