    Manufacturing / Mechanical
    Description

    In this role, you will:

    • Design and analyze electrical systems for battery technology products
    • Lead the entire design process, from concept to completion, with minimal supervision
    • Develop and document robust hardware designs
    • Select and optimize electrical components
    • Perform circuit analysis and simulations
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement

    To be successful, you will have:

    • A Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
    • At least 5 years of experience in new product development for the electronics industry
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
    • Experience with electrical design tools (e.g., Altium preferred)
    • A deep understanding of battery management systems and power electronics (a plus)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
