    Job Description
    • Monitoring and auditing existing claims adjusted at third party claims administration companies.
    • Working with claims adjusters and attorneys to establish appropriate strategies.
    • Working with claims adjusters to establish next actions and following up to ensure that the claims process is moving forward in a timely manner.
    • Approving reserve increases and providing settlement authority above established authority levels. 
    • Obtaining and documenting details on claims activity, authority, strategies, legal opinions and large loss reports submitted by adjusters.
    • Auditing loss runs and check registers, so that funding can be approved to claims administrators. 
    • Presenting large losses, large reserve increases and large settlements to senior management for approval.
