    $85,000

    - $120,000 per year A bit about us: As a Corporate Recruiter within the transposition industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top legal talent.

    You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

    Utilize job boards, social media, and other digital resources to source and attract high-quality candidates.

    Implement applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring all candidate information is properly categorized for future use.

    Conduct pre-screening and interviewing processes to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.

    Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

    Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their key performance indicators.

    Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the legal industry.

    Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the legal industry.

    Proficient in the use of job boards, ATS (especially Oracle), social media, and professional networks.

    Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.

    Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong decision-making skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
