Summary
Our client is seeking an IT Specialist who considers themselves a Jack of All Trades for their MSP firm.
Required:
MSP Experience
Excellent command of the English language
TCP Expert
O365 Expert
AD Expert
Work Independently with little to no supervision

Are you able to explain the basic steps for how to replace a hard drive, as well as the best way to get the operating system up and running again without using an image?
Do you know what a DNS failure means and how to trouble shoot it?
Do you know the port number for FTP?
