    salary: $56,000 - $56,160 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and process payments in a timely manner
    • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
    • Reconcile weekly and monthly vendor statements
    • Assist with month-end close procedures
    • Provide administrative support to the department, maintaining electronic filing systems to provide for ease of
    • research and auditing
    Skills
    • Journal Entries (5 years of experience is required)
    • Bank Reconciliations (5 years of experience is required)
    • Accruals (3 years of experience is required)
    • Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
    • Vendor Reconcilation (3 years of experience is required)
