    Description

    Summary:

    Electria Group is a top consultancy specializing in cutting-edge battery technology. We have partnered with a company focused on developing innovative applications for Li-Ion batteries in BESS contexts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop production strategy based on Marketing and Sales insights.
    • Lead the advancement and scaling of BESS Solutions.
    • Supervise a team of engineers handling integration of Batteries, BMS, Cabling, and HVAC solutions.
    • Establish test and optimization strategies.
    • Ensure designs meet cost targets.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to prioritize customer requirements in product definition.
    • Evaluate various battery technologies for application in our solutions.
    • Collaborate effectively with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing departments.
    • Lead a team of around 20 Engineers hands-on.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution; preferred advanced degrees (M.S., Ph.D.) with a focus on fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas.
    • 5-7 years of experience leading Battery Engineering teams in prominent battery development or production firms.
    • Extensive knowledge of lithium secondary batteries and related chemistries.
    • Demonstrated success in project development, management, and delivery.

    • Ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment, adapting swiftly to changing priorities and obstacles.
    • Excellent communication abilities, including engaging effectively with boards, partners, and investors through compelling presentations.
