- Assist in the formulation and implementation of inpatient clinical policies that assist IUHP in reaching its goals and objectives.
- Assist IUHP management by providing a clinicians support in IUHP's daytoday operations
- Participate in identifying, classifying and obtaining approvals of clinical algorithms in medicine that optimize patient outcomes within IUHP.
- Support IUHP's efforts with physician education programs
- Actively participate in IUHPs efforts to facilitateimproved utilization management and qualify assurance functions within the subspecialty
- Provide direct patient care
- Provide medical direction to anesthesia residents, fellows and other assistants
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Subspecialty Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesia
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship available, H1B
